Anyone in the community with a need is welcome at our Coat & Clothing (& More!) Giveaway. We have no income or proof of residency requirements. Kids are welcome but it is not necessary to bring them in order to choose items for them.
We spend all year collecting new clothing items and used items that are still good, useful, and clean so that they can be shared with anyone in the community in need. We accept donations any day that we are open - most Mondays through Fridays from 8:30-2:30 as well as Sunday mornings. If you have items to donate and we are not here, give us a call at 330-549-9408 to arrange a drop off time or put bags under the front awning of the church (facing the road) near the glass doors and we will find them.
Items we accept include: Coats ~ Jackets ~ Raincoats & Umbrellas ~ Snow Pants ~ Gloves/Mittens ~ Hats Scarves ~ Clothing for All Ages, Sizes, & Seasons ~ Baby Items ~ Shoes/Boots Purses/Bags ~ Halloween Costumes ~ Household Items ~ Kitchen Items ~ Tools Stuffed Animals ~ Toys & Games ~ Books.... Any item you think might help someone out or brighten their day, as long at is clean, usable, and in good working order. Saturday, November 4, 2017 was our first event. Saturday, October 13, 2018 was our second event. Saturday, October 12, 2019 was our third event. Saturday October 17, 2020 was our fourth event. October 2021 ~ our fifth annual event!
